Please join us for a new, full-day resiliency retreat. Just like the preventative maintenance we do for our apparatus, we should do the same for ourselves as well. Join us April 15th or May 6th to learn better ways for healing with the stresses of the job and taking charge of your mental health.

RESILIENCY

TOOLS FOR NAVIGATING THE JOB

Step Away, Reset and Recharge

First responders carry extraordinary responsibilities—your health, clarity, and calm are essential not just for your performance, but for your life outside of work. This retreat offers a supportive space to reset, recharge, and return to duty with renewed strength.
Join us for a full-day outdoor retreat designed exclusively for first responders. This is a chance to step outside the demands of the job, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your own natural ability to manage stress. We will begin the day with a focused morning session for shared learning and discussion, followed by an afternoon hike to integrate and restore. Together, we’ll cover practical tools for using nature and inner resources, along with guidance for career planning and longterm well-being.

The cost for this retreat is $30, which includes all sessions and materials. Space is limited to ensure a personalized experience, so early registration is encouraged.
